1. Introduction
At Turkmedident, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for all our customers.
2. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
4. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers residing in the EU have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To exercise this right, the product must remain in its original, merchantable condition.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately via WhatsApp (+90 543 225 08 44) with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the matter and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
8. Shipping Costs

Manufacturing Defects / Wrong Item: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
