Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer various shipping options depending on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following rates:

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (outside of Türkiye):

  • Turkmedident is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please consult your local customs office for specific details regarding potential charges in your country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

Turkmedident is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately via WhatsApp (+90 543 225 08 44) so we can provide assistance.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Turkmedident is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
